Today, we have the blessing of the Page of Rods as the card of the day. The Page of Rods is a very special card to follow the Eight of Cups, which fell in yesterday's reading. The Page of Rods, in succession of the Eight of Pentacles, gives us a sense of the directions that energies are flowing. With this Page chiming in, it tells us that energies are opening to newness of vision, and special opportunities that await. The suit of Rods, normally would represent something to do with one's every day life, for example: job opportunities, newness of direction, changes for the positive, communication, education, and clarity of vision. This is just the tip of the iceberg, however, and one should not be fooled by the power of this young Page. He is packed with powerful potential for change. He comes to represent to us that a difference is in the process of being made. His message today, is to inhale the energies of the new, and strongly exhale the energies of the old. Push yourself to see the change in your endeavors as what they are, changes. What may be appearing to you as a failure, or loss, could actually just be a part of the process of creating your life the way you want it to be. What is needed today is TRUST in the process that Creator, and Spirit are working with you in tandem holding you ever close, and protected from anything that could ever harm you.
